About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive end-to-end planning and forecasting for manufacturing networks
  • Translate operational assumptions into robust P&L and cost forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop efficient and effective finance solutions and processes
  • Lead development of digital FP&A solutions providing actionable insights into P&L performance
  • Identify cost drivers, margin impacts, risks, and opportunities proactively
  • Conduct data analysis and synthesize findings
  • Communicate insights to stakeholders and leadership
  • Support forecasting, period-end close analysis, management reporting, and finance process transformation for One Ops

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS with major in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting
  • Advanced computer-based analytical skills
  • Knowledge of analytic software packages, including Excel and Power BI
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to connect data to business implications
  • Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities
  • Self-starter and independent thinker
  • Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across a matrix organization
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messages to different audiences
