About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the preventative and predictive maintenance program using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Collaborate with the Operations Planning Manager, Production team, Maintenance team, and Engineering department to coordinate planned maintenance activities
- Track maintenance work order KPIs and management trends
- Execute and improve planning methodology for the preventative maintenance program
- Coordinate SAP maintenance activities by creating, maintaining, and modifying work orders
- Plan the work calendar to meet production quality and timeliness expectations
- Provide functional leadership for the hourly maintenance team when needed
- Perform field inspections, determine job work scopes, develop work plans, and stage parts kits
- Identify equipment failure trends and report them to Engineering for root cause analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience in industrial plant maintenance, maintenance planning systems, or a related field
- 1+ year of leadership experience
