About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Control and monitor the Maintenance department budget
- Control and oversee the flow of invoices related to the department
- Perform cost analyses (FDE), investment analyses (CAPEX), and project validation
- Submit requests through the purchasing application and monitor process progress
- Manage and control documentation for Regulatory Standards programs and general audits
- Act as a maintenance planner (AMM/SAP), ensuring asset reliability and availability through the management of preventive and predictive maintenance plans
- Monitor the schedule of mandatory training related to the department
- Control expiration dates for ARTs, certificates, technical reports, reports, licenses, and regulatory inspections
- Conduct process health checks for Maintenance departments
- Prepare monthly KPI reports, including energy and water resource consumption
- Develop, update, and monitor Maintenance KPIs, conducting critical analyses to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities
- Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Track action plans and ensure corporate systems are kept up to date (IUS Natura, Doxis, Zurich, and similar systems)
- Consolidate data, prepare management presentations, and monitor the department's key performance indicators
- Serve as a warehouse assistant backup when necessary
- Contribute to performance, efficiency, and quality projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the relevant technical field, preferably in the food industry
- Planning, organization, and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Regulatory Standards
