About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead demand and supply planning activities to support customer service and total delivered cost objectives
Provide leadership and mentoring for Demand Planners and Supply Planners
Prioritize career development and functional competency improvements
Execute plans to achieve customer service, working capital, waste, and forecast accuracy targets
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, procurement, technical and production partners
Ensure one-number alignment and accurate forecasts for downstream planning
Develop and implement standardization across demand and supply planning
Lead and support cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve complex problems
Drive process improvement and productivity projects across categories and divisions
Drive project execution and implementation to ensure initiatives are delivered, embedded and adopted

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree (BA/BS), preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years related work experience
Minimum 8+ years Production Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations experience
Previous experience managing people is preferred
Working knowledge of CPG demand forecasting, promotions and pricing is preferred
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to problem solve and develop solutions to complex problems
Excellent interpersonal, executive communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives on tight deadlines and delegate accordingly
Knowledge of advanced analysis using systems and data to drive decision-making and influence stakeholders
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, PowerPoint and SAS
