About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and deploy digital solutions including Globe/SAP, DMO, Prometheus, PowerBI, and TrendMiner
  • Investigate, analyze, and solve operational problems relating to material and labor costs
  • Identify manufacturing bottlenecks and develop solutions
  • Develop database systems and tools to support loss analysis
  • Analyze root causes of excessive costs and implement solutions or digital tools to reduce them
  • Conduct capacity studies
  • Lead or participate in performance and improvement projects and support business-unit operational reviews
  • Manage production-related SAP master data and maintain system data accuracy
  • Lead SAP technical design and SAP/DMO integration mapping for rollouts and enhancements
  • Manage SAP interfaces, IDOCs, tickets, notifications, and error resolution
  • Perform month-end cleanup and manage SAP outages and business continuity recovery activities
  • Manage DMO master data, conduct health checks, train production supervisors and team leaders, create SOPs, and support GFI improvements
  • Support budget preparation and maintain operational performance factory data systems
  • Support and participate in Nestlé Continuous Excellence and Total Performance Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have a BS/BA degree with 5 years experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Preferred experience in the food processing or pharmaceutical industry
  • Broad experience with SAP mapping and integration
  • Thorough knowledge of SAP architecture, data flow and extraction methods
  • Experience with PowerBI is desirable
  • Proficiency in computer spreadsheets and databases
  • Knowledge of statistics, financial analysis techniques, and basic work measurement skills
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Effective in leading teams
