About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support implementation of the Local Leadership Team (LLT) improvement strategy
- Act as the center of expertise for TPM and Industrial Performance
- Support definition, alignment, and implementation of the LLT Execution Plan
- Co-develop the LLT improvement strategy using loss analysis and external benchmarks
- Align LLT and key stakeholders around the Execution Plan and support its cascade across the Business Unit
- Partner with the LLT to define execution plans covering NCE rollout plans, digital and Capex enablers, improvement projects, and competency-building activities
- Establish governance and routines to track execution progress and sustainability
- Spend time on the factory floor to evaluate maturity progression and identify opportunities
- Provide guidance and feedback to the LLT and align corrective actions
- Serve as point of contact in the absence of the team Manager
- Develop LLT capabilities to identify opportunities involving workplace, people, and behaviors
- Partner with HR and Training & Learning to establish and evaluate function/pillar capability plans
- Train and coach the LLT on required system competencies and escalate for external support as needed
- Develop and manage critical competencies within the ME team and Focused Improvement Technicians
- Develop a pipeline of potential ME specialists from internal talent
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing
- 1–3 years working with Factory Management & Leadership teams
- Success supporting and developing cross-functional teams
- 1–3 years with an active role implementing Goal Alignment/TPM
- Understanding of cultural change management, process improvement, and business connections
- Experience with line labor standards, budget preparation/review, and line capability/speed studies
- Training effectiveness and facilitation experience
- 1–3 years developing improvement projects and loss analysis
- Strong experience leading/applying problem-solving tools
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (TPM)
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Strong analytical skills, including Power BI and Excel
- Basic understanding of Change Management
- Competence with Continuous Improvement Guide (CIG)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Project Management competence
- Understanding of Basic Finance & Value Creation
- Must not require visa sponsorship
