About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage development, scale-up, and implementation of new and existing technologies
  • Improve performance of existing products and develop new products
  • Explore innovative pet food product and process applications using current food technology
  • Serve as a technical resource for marketing and develop product development opportunities
  • Develop technical project plans and timelines for assigned projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in product development (food), formulation and scale-up experience, or related; OR High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years of experience in product development (food), formulation and scale-up experience, or related
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship
