About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, manage, and flawlessly execute SELL-OUT, SELL-IN, DOH, out-of-stock reduction, and distribution initiatives with customers
  • Support the implementation of the JVC/Commercial Plan by understanding the customer’s needs and business reality and ensuring execution
  • Analyze Nestlé categories to develop Acceleration Plans
  • Bring benchmarks to the Trade Marketing and Channel Trade communities
  • Ensure compliance with the commercial policy and maintain registered customer pricing
  • Understand and address the day-to-day impacts on the Advantage survey
  • Monitor execution with the merchandising team, including customer visits, out-of-stock analysis, and promotional activities
  • Lead and engage with stakeholders involved in the business
  • Financially control and manage the resources provided by the company for customer activations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience in Sales
  • Negotiation skills
  • Analytical expertise supported by advanced Excel skills
  • Experience managing or leading teams
  • Ability to read dashboards to understand product turnover and propose effective commercial actions
  • Ability to interpret conversion metrics, accurately calculate margins, and forecast demand based on historical data
  • Ability to position product quality, origin, and genuine benefits above simple price-tag discounts
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Financial Mathematics
