About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the commercial relationship with assigned pure-play e-commerce customers and emerging digital channels
  • Manage and execute paid search with agency partners and digital strategists
  • Develop strategies to drive market share, e-penetration, and positive ROI
  • Educate cross-functional Nestlé USA teams on ecommerce strategy, business, and needs
  • Understand ecommerce strategies, operations, shoppers, capabilities, and best practices
  • Identify retailer requirements, align internal stakeholders, and develop plans
  • Identify KPIs, secure data, track performance, and report to stakeholders
  • Create and execute annual joint business plans with cross-functional partners
  • Develop and execute test-and-learn plans
  • Drive category and Nestlé USA sales growth, market share, and online brand representation
  • Translate category roadmaps and CAPs into actionable retailer plans
  • Develop strategies to meet sales, e-market share, and digital penetration goals
  • Monitor and improve brand distribution, representation, and discoverability
  • Collaborate with brand teams, customer account managers, digital strategists, shopper marketing, and agencies
  • Allocate and manage trade and retail media budgets and reconcile financial records
  • Provide ecommerce sales forecasts and conduct regular business reviews
  • Lead and support digital growth initiatives, long-range planning, and innovation meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3+ years of experience in eCommerce Account Management and/or vendor management at a leading retailer, driving online sales in buying, merchandising, or marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Paid Search and Organic Search, including Content Quality Score experience preferred
  • Paid Search agency management experience preferred
  • Ability to manage media budgets accurately while driving positive ROI
  • Retailer negotiations and joint business plan creation and execution
  • Ability to translate retailer requests and insights into internal action plans
  • Experience building annual plans and forecasts, analyzing retail programs, and managing budgets
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and initiate new processes or ideas
  • Understanding of retailer buying, merchandising, and marketing strategies
  • Ability to negotiate with retailers and build partnerships
  • Ability to communicate across all organizational levels and craft compelling business cases
  • Ability to track key metrics, identify opportunities and issues, and execute plans
  • Digital and mobile platform savviness
