About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with external customer counterparts
  • Identify and advance supply chain improvements that create value for customers and the business
  • Lead internal and external business reviews and leadership engagements
  • Use supply chain expertise and data-driven storytelling to recommend improvements and move insights to action
  • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects across Vet and the broader organization
  • Improve service, inventory, cost, capabilities, and capacity
  • Facilitate integration, collaboration, and communication across customers and cross-functional partners
  • Influence long-term internal and external supply chain plans and decisions
  • Drive alignment and execution against supply chain measures, including on-time shipment, fill rate, inventory management, order lifecycle performance, and customer service indicators
  • Use analytical tools and supply chain data to identify root causes, quantify opportunities, monitor results, and support decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, customer-facing operations, order lifecycle management, data analytics, or a related field
  • Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Ability to travel to Vet conferences and customer meetings approximately 15-20%
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
