About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement category sourcing strategies, including communication and supplier management plans
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers meeting business, quality, service, and cost requirements
- Drive Total Cost of Ownership optimization and sustainable cost efficiencies
- Ensure supplier compliance with the Nestlé Supplier Code and responsible sourcing requirements
- Collaborate with suppliers on innovation opportunities supporting business growth and renovation initiatives
- Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and deliver agreed service levels and sourcing support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, or Supply Chain roles
- Proven experience developing sourcing strategies and delivering cost optimization initiatives
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience conducting Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, supplier performance management, and risk mitigation activities
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate across local and regional teams
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is a plus
