About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Network Planning function by creating structured reporting and processes across all Planning
  • Develop and implement reporting frameworks, processes, and tools to communicate insights and drive data-informed decision-making
  • Gather and analyze data and develop structured reports
  • Provide actionable insights and support reporting through Command Center toolkits
  • Design and implement a structured reporting framework, including reporting requirements, data sources, and KPIs
  • Implement data validation and cleansing processes for Network Planning reporting tools
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure data availability
  • Understand Network Planning reporting needs and insights provided to team members
  • Partner with planning and executional teams, senior management, and other departments
  • Track and analyze Planning KPIs across NUSA and maintain dashboards and reports highlighting performance and improvement opportunities
  • Provide training and support on reporting tools, techniques, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related Order to Cash (O2C) area preferred
  • Proven record in motivating team members and demonstrating strong leadership qualities
  • Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and personnel at all organizational levels
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting large amounts of data and developing recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Advanced PC skills, particularly Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, solve issues, and take initiative
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to drive change and challenge the status quo
