About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the creation of reports and dashboards to assist with business decision-making
  • Collect and organize data from various digital sources, such as social media and web analytics
  • Create reports and dashboards on social media performance, website and campaign analytics, and sentiment studies
  • Conduct comparative analyses across different periods to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collect and analyze data, performing data-cleaning and analysis processes using social listening tools and other digital platforms
  • Collaborate with more senior team members on assigned activities
  • Report to the Social Media Supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma (required)
  • Completed or ongoing higher education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields (preferred)
  • Knowledge of social media and familiarity with the key metrics used to evaluate its performance
  • Ability to create clear and visually engaging reports
  • Proactive attitude, accountability, and ability to work as part of a team, particularly in a hybrid environment
  • Experience in data analysis, digital marketing, Social Intelligence, or similar roles, ideally at marketing agencies
  • Familiarity with the digital ecosystem, social media, social listening tools, web analytics, data visualization, and paid media platforms
  • Ability to turn data into business insights and opportunities
  • Effective communication skills to present results clearly
  • Proactive approach to improving processes and driving automation
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach
