About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join the Multi-Category Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) Customer Service team
Contribute to replenishing retail customers’ distribution centers
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
Manage a customer portfolio using SAP and the CPFR management tool
Monitor inventory coverage for several customer distribution centers (Carrefour, Casino, Auchan, Provera)
Process and track promotional and regular shelf-stock orders
Optimize orders
Coordinate with customers, transportation teams, and stock allocation teams
Build and monitor performance indicators and alerts for the team
Propose and test improvement recommendations
Train users on new techniques
Participate in cross-functional meetings (IT, service providers, and business teams)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (or equivalent) with a specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics
Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
Customer-service orientation, initiative, organization, attention to detail, results orientation, pragmatism, communication skills, and autonomy
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enjoyment of teamwork and developing others
Knowledge of SAP is preferred
