About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect and analyze historical sales data
  • Track performance indicators (forecast accuracy, bias, etc.)
  • Participate in consensus meetings with the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of forecasting processes through reporting
  • Support innovation and renovation projects by integrating forecasts into launch processes
  • Work with factories across Europe to ensure the timely supply of stock in the required quantities
  • Conduct Supply review meetings
  • Learn about supply planning at Nestlé and the tools used

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain, Statistics, or Data Analysis
  • Initial experience in Supply Chain is preferred
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Ability to work rigorously and take a step back to assess issues from a broader perspective
  • Fluent in English
