About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage production scheduling and material procurement in line with Group standards and inventory policy
- Optimize the organization of raw material receiving and storage
- Organize the storage and shipment of finished products
- Optimize logistics flows, inventory, transportation, and the plant’s overall costs
- Ensure supply chain performance by monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets and requested revisions
- Manage, develop, and support the growth of a team of 20 employees
- Lead LEAN initiatives, problem-solving tools, and operational performance management
- Operate in compliance with quality, health and safety, environmental, and food safety standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10-month fixed-term contract
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning within an industrial production site
- Master’s degree (five-year higher education qualification), preferably in Engineering, with significant experience in supply chain and project management
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- At least 6 years of experience in industrial supply chain management
- Team management experience
- Proficiency in SAP
- Proficiency in warehouse and inventory management tools
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in demanding and changing environments
- Good level of English; fluency in English is essential
