About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor product delivery status and ensure product availability in national and international markets
  • Plan and coordinate the loading of finished goods across the international network
  • Support production planning for Nestlé plants in Germany and external manufacturers
  • Participate in training and onboarding for SAP R/3 and SAP APO
  • Collaborate on projects with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, and manufacturing sites at national and international levels
  • Actively participate in business meetings and support the Planning department as a fully integrated team member
  • Conduct Excel-based analyses to support future business decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled for at least two semesters in a degree program in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field, or completing a gap year between a Bachelor's and Master's degree
  • Solid theoretical knowledge of Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and challenging tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong analytical skills are an advantage
  • Fluent German and English language skills
