About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate equipment to deliver the production plan and adjust parameters according to operating instructions
- Perform inspections, lubrication, and cleaning of machines and the work environment; carry out format changes, minor repairs, adjustments, settings, and component replacements
- Follow Health and Safety, selective waste collection, and routine task procedures, and apply LOTO when necessary
- Conduct sampling, testing, and process and product controls in accordance with Quality and Food Safety instructions
- Follow Sustainability instructions to prevent environmental impacts
- Participate in cost-reduction and performance-improvement initiatives and daily management meetings
- Apply analysis, problem-solving, development, and continuous improvement tools for processes, people, and products
- Record AMM, cleaning, centerline, QMS, defect, SHE point, and product identification activities, as well as downtime in NSAM, consumption, and finished product data in SAP and other required controls
- Participate in the maintenance strategy and perform preventive and corrective activities with the Maintenance and Manufacturing teams
- Execute trial orders and production plans for industrial tests related to Innovation and Renovation projects
- Participate in training and contribute to defining standards for new projects and the vertical start-up of the production line
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Completed technical qualification in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Electrotechnical studies
- Knowledge of packaging materials and production processes
