About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join the Delivery Operations Team in York and report to the Transport Execution Lead
  • Work closely with Hauliers, Distribution Centres, Factories, Customers, Suppliers, and Co-manufacturers
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders
  • Coordinate collection of finished goods and delivery of packaging materials and ingredients
  • Ensure trailer availability across the network
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about network-impacting issues
  • Formulate and instigate plans to reduce delays and ensure seamless operations
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Contribute to the sustainability roadmap through logistics network efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics
  • Adept at problem solving
  • Highly organised
  • Strong communicator able to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Must demonstrate own right to work without Nestlé sponsorship
