About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor the area’s KPIs, ensuring the reliability of data sources and calculations
  • Track the approval and results of monthly initiatives in the Oscar system
  • Support the regional team with data stratification and analysis
  • Contribute to process mapping and continuous improvement
  • Maintain Power BI dashboards, applications, presentations, and other communication materials
  • Support controls performed in the area’s systems and audit processes (Doxis, GMs, TNCs, and Fusion)
  • Ensure process compliance and standardization
  • Control fixed costs, legal contracts, and leasing processes
  • Perform accounting analyses, reclassifications, and provisions
  • Analyze purchases and ensure proper allocation to responsibility and cost centers (RCs and CCs)
  • Report initiative results to the corporate team
  • Gather, reconcile, and analyze data to prepare monthly justifications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience or knowledge in warehouse operations, data analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, analytical ability, and autonomy
  • Availability to work rotating schedules and across first, second, and third shifts, according to operational needs
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and expense management (FDE)
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Knowledge of management and control systems
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
  • Intermediate-level English
