About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Measure, control, and promote the effective management of warehouse activities in collaboration with operational and administrative teams
  • Support inventory and asset control routines
  • Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs, promoting solutions that address root causes
  • Support warehouse routines and specific matters related to factory departments
  • Actively participate in operational meetings
  • Manage work schedules and the distribution of operational activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, or a related field
  • Availability to work the 2nd shift, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:20 p.m., on a 6x1 schedule, Monday through Saturday
  • SAP experience required
  • Logistics experience required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Power BI, PowerApps, and RPA is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Initiative and results-oriented mindset
