About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, coordinate, and monitor strategic technology projects.
- Develop project plans and define scope, timelines, and required resources.
- Track project status, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- Serve as the point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and performance indicators.
- Map risks, propose mitigation plans, and monitor their execution.
- Propose process and project management methodology improvements.
- Manage contracts and deliverables from external partners.
- Ensure transparent and clear communication across teams and with leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or digital identity.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK).
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Confluence).
- Ability to communicate clearly and objectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., Jacareí to São Paulo).
- Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) are desirable differentiators.
- Previous experience with digital identity, information security, or cybersecurity projects is a desirable differentiator.
- Experience working in medium-sized and large corporate environments is a desirable differentiator.
- Intermediate Spanish is a desirable differentiator.
