About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Realizar llamadas a clientes de Entel interesados en contratar líneas nuevas y renovaciones de Entel Perú
- Elegir el horario de trabajo entre los turnos disponibles
- Participar en una capacitación de 12 días, con 6 días teóricos, 1 práctico y 5 OJT
- Cumplir las condiciones de la capacitación remunerada
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experiencia en Call Center, ventas, atención al cliente
- PC o laptop propia
- Procesador Intel Core i3/i5/i7 desde 6.ª generación o Ryzen 3 en adelante
- RAM de 8 GB a más
- Disco sólido SSD
- 50 GB disponibles
- Internet mínimo 50 Mbps por cable
- Windows 10 u 11
- Cámara y headset
- Entrada USB
- Educación Secundaria
- Lunes a domingo con descanso rotativo
- Disponibilidad para turnos mixto o PM
- Cámara encendida durante toda la capacitación
