About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop technical concepts for new TYPO3 websites
- Take responsibility for TYPO3 components of major client projects, including effort estimation, redevelopment, further development, support, and updates
- Use AI tools in day-to-day development and help advance the use of AI in development
- Create technical documentation
- Advise colleagues and clients on technical topics, such as CMS architecture
- Handle client tickets and support requests that cannot be resolved by first-level support
- Translate technical concepts into language clients can understand and turn client requirements into clean technical solutions
- Make architecture and technology decisions for strategic corporate websites
- Take technical responsibility for websites belonging to major international companies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 to 8 years of experience implementing sophisticated websites based on TYPO3
- Knowledge of Composer, JSON, JavaScript, and XML
- Proficiency with SQL databases, such as MariaDB
- Experience with AI coding tools
- Agile working experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab
- Experience with WordPress is a plus but not required
- Experience with Solr or Elasticsearch is a plus but not required
- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps methods is a plus but not required
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with two days per week on-site in Cologne
