About the role

  • Drive portfolio-level production excellence and ensure successful execution of the General Manager’s portfolio strategy

  • Partner strategically with the General Manager to turn portfolio strategy into games for players
  • Manage the development, operation, and publishing of a large portfolio of games

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of experience in Video Game Production, with expertise in Development, Publishing and LiveOps
  • Deep toolkit of production processes, with the judgment to select and adapt the right tools to ever-changing requirements
  • Proven success in managing large portfolios and delivering high-quality game production outcomes at various scales (from team-level to AAA) and running live games at scale to players all over the world
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end game development processes, including design, programming, art, and audio
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in an ever-evolving, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of first-party (platform-holder) processes and requirements
  • Experience in managing co-dev and outsourcing partners
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas and presenting to stakeholders at all levels; skilled at stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to assess progress and address development challenges
  • Uses data to help answer questions about the game, audience, and development process
  • Experience with change management, balancing ‘farming for dissent’ against execution
  • Experience in managing project budgets and making cost-effective decisions without compromising quality
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and coordinating testing to ensure high standards
  • Able to manage projects to quality while staying on schedule and budget
  • Strong leadership and management skills to motivate teams and maintain a positive, productive environment
