About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive product vision for programmatic, scaled ingestion
- Invest in solutions that reduce manual effort, enable differentiated distribution workflows, and accelerate time-to-launch across content types
- Own products for unified direct media delivery via APIs, web portals, and standards-based feeds
- Own spec-agnostic ingestion, partner onboarding, and permissioning products
- Work with domain product managers to simplify the path between ingestion and launch
- Make automation the default launch path
- Develop extensible catalog architecture that allows new content bets to evolve safely
- Ensure reliable fulfillment across business-critical platforms and systems
- Act as primary product partner to deal partnership teams
- Translate deal terms into a prioritized backlog for foundational capabilities
- Work with partner domains to streamline asset workflows and launches
- Communicate context clearly to engineers, stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Identify new areas of opportunity
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Design to build and scale platforms, services, and tools powering the content lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of product management experience for b2b or b2c focused products
- Track record of shipping complex technical or platform products, ideally in content supply chain, media processing, ingestion/distribution pipelines, workflow orchestration, developer/partner platforms, or large-scale operational systems
- Strong systems thinking and technical acumen
- Comfortable reasoning about pipelines, APIs, data models, automation, and trade-offs between speed, quality, cost, and risk
- Ability to work deeply with engineering; coding is not required
- Demonstrated ability to partner with operational teams and translate operational realities into product strategy and roadmap
- Data-driven analysis and decision-making, with excellent judgment and prioritization in ambiguous, high-scale environments
- Experience building automation- or ML/AI-powered products that reduce manual effort at scale is a strong plus
- Demonstrated experience collaborating across engineers, designers, data scientists, and business partners in a highly cross-functional, matrixed organization
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, including ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences
- Experience in media, entertainment, or streaming is a strong plus
- Remote candidates must be based on the US West Coast
- Periodic travel required
