About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for overall performance of the contract
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer and for technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform
  • Meet periodically with the COR to ensure federal client needs are met according to industry best practices and standards
  • Ensure proper resources are provided and high-quality products are delivered
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide status updates to clients and senior management
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps based on client priorities
  • Conduct release management using Scrum-based Agile methodology
  • Conduct project assessments and post-implementation reviews to identify improvements and lessons learned
  • Support planning efforts across multiple modules based on customer requirements
  • Coordinate and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Assist with data calls related to the ServiceNow platform
  • Provide technical and administrative oversight of contract tasks and activities
  • Communicate orally in common English narration and in writing, including technical documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and capabilities
  • At least 4 years leading ServiceNow projects
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks for a team and manage multiple efforts simultaneously using Agile methodology
  • Experience working with clients to determine implementation requirements and execute plans efficiently
  • Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
  • Must be a US citizen
  • BS Degree in a related field
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification (desired)
  • Experience with CMDB/ITOM (desired)
  • Scrum Master/SAFe Agile Certification (desired)
