About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with Business, Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to understand requirements and new business workflows
  • Analyze and document current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) processes
  • Support order management, billing, invoice issuance, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, revenue recognition, and intercompany transaction processes
  • Identify process gaps, dependencies, business risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases based on functional requirements and business workflows
  • Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Align expected outcomes with business teams and support the identification and resolution of defects during testing
  • Support solution implementation, deployment, and production stabilization activities
  • Ensure documentation and traceability of requirements, process flows, test cases, decisions, and results
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to analyze and resolve issues related to business processes and systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience with e-commerce workflows and digital transactions integrated with enterprise financial systems
  • Functional knowledge of order management, billing, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, revenue recognition, and intercompany transactions
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
  • Experience creating process flows, functional specifications, and supporting documentation
  • Solid experience with end-to-end testing and UAT
  • Ability to develop detailed test cases covering positive, negative, exception, and integration scenarios
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Preferred: experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects or digital transformation programs
  • Preferred: experience in subscription-based businesses, SaaS, e-commerce, or high-volume transaction environments
  • Preferred: knowledge of integrations between e-commerce platforms, SAP, payment systems, billing platforms, and financial applications
  • Preferred: experience with reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development
  • Preferred: familiarity with requirements management, process documentation, test execution, and defect tracking tools
