Requirements

What you’ll need

B.Tech / B.E. from a reputed, top-tier institute or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) (mandatory)
12+ years in Software Development with a progressive track record of leadership
Deep experience in Fintech and Banking, including high-volume transactions, security protocols, and regulatory compliance
Proven experience leading Front-end and Back-end initiatives simultaneously
Strong foundational knowledge of modern microservices and distributed systems
Strong knowledge of AWS Migration
Elite communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business stakeholders and inspire junior engineers
Demonstrated success using AI to enhance team efficiency, such as LLM-integrated workflows, automated code synthesis, or AI-driven testing
Experience transitioning legacy banking systems into modern, cloud-native architectures
Consultative mindset with the ability to analyze problems from first principles and drive data-backed decisions
