About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process investment and superannuation administration activities accurately and efficiently
- Investigate and resolve transaction queries and exceptions
- Work closely with advisers, clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of quality, risk management and compliance
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance customer outcomes
- Build expertise across Netwealth products, systems and operational processes
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and advisers
- Support one of three specialist teams: Super Payments, Wrap Payments, or Adjustments
- Process payments, withdrawals, account closures, reconciliations, foreign currency transactions, recontributions, asset movements, contribution and rollover adjustments, or family law splits, depending on team assignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in operations, administration, processing or customer service environments
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Collaborative, accountable and solutions-focused mindset
- Passion for continuously improving how work gets done
- Experience in financial services, banking, investments or superannuation is advantageous
- Knowledge of investment or superannuation administration processes is advantageous
- Experience working in high-volume or regulated environments is advantageous
- Must be located in Melbourne, Victoria, or be planning to relocate to Melbourne
- Must have working rights in Australia
