About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support commercial relationships with fund managers, model managers and strategic investment partners
  • Act as a key point of contact for commercial and operational matters
  • Prepare reporting and insights across investment menu revenue, commercial performance, rebates, partner activity and onboarding pipelines
  • Oversee administration of fees, rebates and commercial arrangements
  • Coordinate review and maintenance of fund manager agreements, commercial schedules and supporting documentation
  • Support strategic initiatives, competitor analysis and broader commercial projects
  • Collaborate with Distribution, Customer Operations, Compliance, Finance, Digital Product and Technology teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, controls, processes and partner servicing models
  • Enhance commercial outcomes and stakeholder experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial services, investment operations, commercial analysis, product management, funds management or wealth management
  • Solid understanding of investment products and markets
  • Understanding of commercial arrangements
  • Comfortable managing reporting, fees, rebates and contractual obligations
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Ability to translate complex information into meaningful insights
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confident communication with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics or a related discipline highly regarded
  • Collaborative, curious and proactive approach
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
