About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting financing processes, including LBO transactions with private equity sponsors, growth financings, and refinancings of existing capital structures
  • Analyzing and researching company information across a range of industries
  • Preparing pitch books and presentations for banks
  • Building integrated financial models covering the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, including financing structures and instruments
  • Independently managing individual workstreams within the financing process
  • Advising mid-market business owners, international corporations, and private equity investors on corporate finance matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of transaction experience in a relevant area, such as Debt Advisory, M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity/debt, audit, or tax advisory
  • Ability to communicate complex matters clearly to decision-makers and clients
  • Strong proficiency in standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Additional foreign languages are a plus
