About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead advisory engagements in the Debt Advisory sector
- Take primary responsibility for managing Debt Advisory mandates
- Oversee corporate and financial analyses
- Prepare integrated financial models
- Ensure adherence to agreed deadlines and timelines
- Develop tailored financing strategies
- Select suitable financing instruments and appropriate financing partners
- Continuously expand the network among banks, debt funds, private equity firms, and other institutional investors and market participants
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed university degree
- Relevant professional experience (approximately 6–8 years) in Debt Advisory, Structured Finance, or Corporate Finance
- An established network is expected
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong powers of persuasion and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Very strong analytical skills
- Results-oriented approach to work
- High resilience in demanding situations
