About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support key business operations and special projects
- Research, evaluate, and coordinate visits for potential office locations
- Help organize and execute company events, including the end-of-year team gathering
- Coordinate scheduling, vendors, documentation, and day-to-day office operations
- Keep the office stocked and organized and manage supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain office setup
- Host candidates during onsite interviews and ensure a welcoming experience
- Conduct ad hoc research and logistics support
- Work directly with the founders on high-priority initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Genuine interest in tech, startups, and how a scaling business operates
- Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to jump in on whatever is needed and figure things out on the fly
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field
- Located within commuting distance of New York City/Lower Manhattan
- Able to work onsite 4–5 days a week
- No visa sponsorship available
Benefits
Comp & perks- Potential to convert to a full-time role after 90 days based on business needs
- Full-time or part-time arrangements
- Monday through Friday schedule, 20–40 hours per week
