About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead key client engagements through successful outcomes alongside Network to Code’s Managing Consultants
  • Perform Agile coaching and champion Agile transformation for large clients
  • Develop and execute strategies enabling clients to achieve expected business outcomes from network automation
  • Coordinate, track, and communicate project-related efforts in alignment with established processes, best practices, and Agile principles
  • Measure and monitor client satisfaction and initiative health
  • Identify issues proactively and coordinate remediation with project teams
  • Own internal Network to Code aspects of successful project delivery
  • Manage team communications, structure, and staffing across project stages
  • Manage project problems, challenges, and escalations
  • Deliver executive-level verbal and written summaries of accomplishments, active work, risks, blockers, dependencies, and required client interventions
  • Identify and manage dependencies across teams
  • Identify risks, anticipate consequences, and develop contingency plans
  • Remove impediments, mediate conflicts, facilitate decision-making, and drive resolution
  • Prioritize tasks and workload and determine scope, budget, and calendar trade-offs
  • Identify process and delivery gaps and work with Network to Code teams to resolve them
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the Network to Code project execution team
  • Build high-trust relationships with client teams, especially stakeholders and leaders
  • Report to the PMO Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects
  • Strong engagement/project management skills, including conceptualization, analysis, driving alignment, resource planning, milestone and objective management, and Agile practices
  • Ability to coordinate simultaneous projects and organize diverse team members, including developers, engineers, and clients
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, coordinate activities to meet multiple Agile deadlines, and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Track record of facilitating successful outcomes by developing teams that work well together
  • Experience handling resistance constructively and professionally in challenging circumstances
  • Strong situational awareness, foresight, and ability to identify, plan for, and resolve delivery dependencies and risks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Initiative to organize and align teams for focused delivery
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and extensive experience in an agile/adaptable environment
  • Strong presenting, listening, comprehension, verbal, written communication, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with Jira and the software development lifecycle
  • Relevant start-up experience preferred, not required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
