About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct in-depth research on alternative data providers and datasets
Write research reports on alternative datasets and industry trends
Interact with data buyers and data sellers primarily through research calls and emails
Gather industry intelligence through effective relationships built through Neudata's industry reputation
Translate complex, non-traditional datasets into actionable intelligence
Communicate research findings through reports and calls
Exercise independent thought and critical thinking
Participate in the recruitment process, including a written task and meetings with team leads

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enthusiasm for data and understanding of its impact on users in various industries, particularly the financial sector
Strong written and communication skills
Enjoyment of relationship building and an inquisitive mindset
Eagerness to become an industry expert in alternative data and discover new, under-the-radar datasets
Knowledge of the investment management industry or alternative data market is a plus, but not a necessity
Advanced knowledge or experience in data science is not required
Ability to work from the London (Moorgate) office in a hybrid role
Full right to work in the UK, or eligibility to discuss Skilled Worker sponsorship
