About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own features through completion from design to implementation
- Develop full stack product solutions
- Drive proper coding processes
- Participate in code reviews
- Mentor junior team members
- Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and the UX team
- Collaborate with teammates to solve business needs and key priorities
- Contribute across the complete development lifecycle, including technical design, work estimation, implementation, testing, and addressing feedback or bugs

- Peer review team members’ code and provide constructive feedback
- Create documentation and processes to improve team productivity and transparency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience required
- Eight (8) or more years of software development experience and/or a reviewable portfolio of work
- Deep experience building/deploying/maintaining scalable and always available consumer facing products
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Frontend experience with knowledge of React/Next.js
- Experienced with ORM and API development
- Experienced with coding components and working with Storybook
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud or similar technologies
- Seasoned estimation skills — can reasonably judge the complexity of a feature and appropriately break it down and size it
- Strong work ethic plus follow-through on commitments
- Proven track record of high standards for self, team, company, and clients
- Proactive approach to problem solving
