About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with business departments and IT on-site to identify where time is being lost and where data is stored
Assess AI use cases for feasibility, data availability, cost, and limitations, and prioritize them based on impact
Implement the architecture, integration, and commissioning of AI solutions such as LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and automation
Operate AI solutions in the cloud or on-premises and integrate them into the customer’s IT landscape
Clarify interfaces, data connectivity, security, and operations together with the customer’s IT team
Support customers—including executive management—with technically sound roadmaps
Feed insights back into frameworks and products
Conduct live sessions as part of AI training and AI business coaching
Own the technical implementation for mid-sized companies, from the initial workshop through go-live

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in a STEM field or an equivalently strong technical background
A self-built, demonstrable AI system, such as a RAG pipeline, an agent, or an automation solution for which you were technically responsible
Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval, and agentic AI, as well as cloud and on-premises operations, including their limitations
Confident working with code, such as Python, APIs, and data integration
At least 3 years of professional experience in technical implementation
Customer-facing or consulting experience is a plus
Enjoyment of workshops and explaining technology in an accessible way
Native-level German and good English skills
Residence in Germany
Willingness to attend on-site customer meetings, typically 2–4 days per month in the DACH region
