About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Defender
Set up new entities based on a standard template and centrally manage all tenants
Automate onboarding, offboarding, and license reconciliation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or n8n
Deploy and manage devices according to a unified standard
Monitor updates and backups
Serve as the IT point of contact for approximately 50 users
Manage MFA, Secure Score, licenses, and documentation required for ISO 27001
Over time, bring Google Workspace, VPN, and GitLab under the same security framework
Automate integrations with CRM and accounting systems
Work directly with executive management, the Platform Architect, and, when needed, a Microsoft partner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed IT training, such as an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or equivalent experience
Two to three years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
Independently set up Intune and Entra ID with Conditional Access
Experience writing PowerShell scripts that are used in day-to-day operations
Willingness to deepen expertise in Microsoft Graph, multi-tenant administration, and automation
German proficiency at least at C1 level
Ability to document technical solutions and justifiably deny requests for local administrator rights
Experience with Exchange Online, Defender, Autopilot, Google Workspace, n8n, or Power Automate is a plus, but not required
Certifications such as MD-102 or MS-102 are a plus, but not required
