About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of client engagements in AI strategy and implementation projects for mid-sized businesses
Develop strategies across marketing, sales, customer service, accounting, operations, and IT
Prioritize use cases and design implementation roadmaps
Support every engagement with change management
Proactively consider human factors and address organizational change
Provide technical support and work closely with the client’s IT team during implementation
Transfer knowledge to the TÜV SÜD-certified AI training program and AI business coaching
Conduct live sessions based on ongoing projects
Work according to the Operational AI methodology and standardized products
Adapt standardized products for full integration into the client’s organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have independently designed and built AI systems, rather than merely using or supporting them
Strong technical understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, cloud versus on-premises deployment, and their respective limitations
4+ years of professional experience with demonstrable responsibility for client engagements or projects
Experience as a strategy, management, or technology consultant; project lead or co-lead for an AI or digitalization initiative; or in a comparable operational leadership role
Confidently manage relationships with C-level executives and project leaders
Initial experience presenting and delivering knowledge-transfer sessions to groups is preferred
Fluent German, including professional negotiation skills
Good English skills
Based in Germany
