About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create baselines for Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Defender, and deploy them using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
Manage all tenants centrally through CSP, GDAP, Lighthouse, or CIPP
Get new companies up and running within two days
Automate recurring processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and license reconciliation
Implement integrations with CRM and accounting systems using Power Automate, n8n, or Make
Bring Google Workspace, European cloud platforms, VPN, and GitLab under a unified security framework
Establish MFA, device standards, backup, and offboarding processes
Regularly review Secure Score, licenses, and ISO 27001 evidence
Set up a BI platform based on Power BI
Work directly with the executive team and closely with the Platform Architect
Take responsibility for building and operating standardized IT across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least four years of Microsoft 365 experience, ideally at an MSP or Microsoft partner managing multiple tenants in parallel
Strong hands-on experience with Entra ID and Conditional Access
Strong hands-on experience with Intune and Autopilot
Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online and Defender for Business
Use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph on a daily basis
German proficiency at C1 level
Ability to create documentation independently
Willingness to decline local administrator rights when they are not required
Experience with scripts used in production environments
Google Workspace administration experience, experience with European cloud providers, and certifications such as MS-102 or MD-102 are desirable but not required
