About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own UI delivery across multiple customer accounts, managing requests, priorities, and timelines
  • Build and enhance Angular-based features, web components, and reusable UI modules
  • Partner with product managers to shape requirements
  • Work with backend engineers to define and integrate APIs
  • Apply UX best practices to ensure interfaces are intuitive, accessible, and consistent
  • Support customer deployments by configuring, troubleshooting, and stabilizing releases in customer environments
  • Act as the UI point of contact for customer integration discussions and technical clarifications
  • Debug production issues across the frontend and, where needed, the Java backend
  • Contribute to integrating AI-driven features into the product experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of frontend development experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Angular and TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility
  • Working experience with Java; Spring Boot preferred
  • Experience integrating REST APIs
  • Experience with authentication flows (JWT/OAuth)
  • Comfort working directly with customers and handling multiple priorities at once
  • Familiarity with release processes, CI/CD, and deployment troubleshooting
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM APIs, AI-assisted development tools, or building AI-powered features is nice to have
  • Experience with web components, microfrontends, or CDN-based UI delivery is nice to have
  • Exposure to enterprise integrations such as Salesforce or ServiceNow is nice to have
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or customer-facing engineering role is nice to have
