About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead AI adoption across client teams from first assessment through workshops, hands-on enablement, and self-sufficient daily AI use
Build trusted client relationships and manage the customer-success side of engagements
Assess team workflows and current AI usage, prioritize enablement plans, and evaluate use-case payoff
Design and run workshops with external trainers for team-specific use cases
Maintain a reusable library of approved prompts, skills, and templates
Develop internal champions, remove adoption blockers, and maintain a steady cadence with business teams
Align enablement plans with client data-governance, acceptable-use, compliance, and responsible-AI policies
Establish baselines, track adoption and business impact, and report progress, risks, and ROI to client sponsors
Transition teams to self-sufficiency, pass engineering-grade work to technical tracks, and identify expansion opportunities
Deliver AI education and adoption programs for enterprise clients, mainly in financial services

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in change management, enablement, digital-transformation consulting, or enterprise software rollout
At least one full-cycle deployment
Customer success experience strongly desired — owning client relationships, adoption health, and value realization
Hands-on experience driving technology or process adoption inside organizations
Track record designing and delivering workshops/training sessions personally
Experience running assessments, feedback sessions, and executive updates
Fluent English required
Practical, daily AI fluency, including Claude, ChatGPT, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering
Knowledge of change management and adoption psychology
Knowledge of AI governance and responsible-use frameworks, including data classification and acceptable-use policies
Enablement/training business or consulting background
Top-tier management-consulting experience (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain) is a strong plus
