About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee work order execution
- Lead work order execution and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize operational processes and ensure alignment with PMO standards
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Service Coordinators and team members
- Manage escalations and complex operational issues
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
- Implement risk, quality, and compliance practices to support operational excellence
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have 3–5+ years’ experience in a project, operations, or service delivery environment
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving operational, project-related, and escalated issues
- Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
- Strong ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PMP certification or equivalent professional project management qualification is highly regarded
