About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own complex technical troubleshooting from discovery through resolution, including root-cause analysis, testing, implementation, documentation, and follow-through
  • Provide clear technical guidance to members through Loom, email, phone, or other suitable channels
  • Coordinate with external partners and maintain accountability through resolution
  • Administer and support the Accelerator technology environment across GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Asana, and connected systems
  • Manage relationships between HubSpot firms, orders, contracts, Asana implementation projects, and Accelerator member accounts
  • Complete approved account builds, updates, pauses, reactivations, migrations, and technical closeout tasks
  • Troubleshoot workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, permissions, and settings
  • Investigate deliverability, phone/SMS, domains, DNS, integrations, and data issues
  • Provide bounded support for related legacy platforms as assigned
  • Use AI and approved integration tools to investigate issues, interpret errors, and complete member requests
  • Investigate APIs, webhooks, authentication, logs, and field mappings
  • Coordinate complex development needs and document results and limitations
  • Protect confidential member information
  • Document recurring technical processes and knowledge for teammates
  • Identify patterns and recommend repeatable fixes, documentation, automation, or product improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting GoHighLevel and HubSpot across multiple accounts
  • Experience with workflows, order forms, contracts, client records, and support tickets
  • Understanding of workflows, pipelines, snapshots, calendars, forms, permissions, account configuration, and shared-system dependencies
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language and guide clients through solutions over Loom or Zoom
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, logs, data mapping, email, phone/SMS, DNS, and calendar integrations
  • Responsible use of AI and approved integration tools
  • Ability to document work, share knowledge, and own follow-through
  • Willingness to overlap a minimum of 4 hours with Pacific Time
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring current or future sponsorship
  • Must currently reside physically in the United States
  • Ability to provide own computer and internet connection meeting minimum requirements, including at least 16GB RAM
  • Helpful additional experience with law-firm or professional-services operations, estate planning, Keap, Lawmatics, Make, Zapier, n8n, data migrations, reconciliation, or light JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
