About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the assigned head strength and conditioning coach in executing training programs
  • Provide evidence-based training programs under the supervision of the assigned head strength and conditioning coach
  • Work as part of a coordinated performance department to implement organizational and individual programs
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned by the assigned head strength and conditioning coach
  • Analyze objective testing data to make decisions relating to individualized training programs and interventions
  • Assist assigned nutritional duties as needed
  • Manage inventory of strength and conditioning equipment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • NSCA CSCS certification
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, Physiology, or related degree
  • 1+ years’ full-time experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
