Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in international business development within the food and beverage, consumer goods, or tech sectors
  • Demonstrable understanding of the business landscape and commercial success within the Polish market over the last 3-5 years
  • Strong understanding of the commercial environment and how business gets done
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Superior communication and expectation-management skills
  • Resourcefulness to connect customers with opportunities, partners, expertise and networks
  • Ability to develop and leverage industry relationships
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate across virtual and international teams
  • Fluent English and German
  • Right to work in Germany and Poland
  • Polish business-level language skills would be a strong advantage
  • Cover letter and CV required
