About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, organization, and management of industrial and transformation projects
- Create and maintain project plans, action lists, status reports, and project documentation
- Track tasks, milestones, and decisions
- Prepare information for project, management, and steering meetings
- Conduct analyses and research to support project decisions
- Prepare presentations, analyses, and management materials
- Support the standardization and optimization of project management processes
- Ensure structured documentation and knowledge retention
- Contribute to internal organizational and improvement initiatives
- Depending on experience, take ownership of work packages and coordinate smaller project activities
- Support the implementation of new methods, tools, and standards
- Collaborate with experienced consultants, project managers, clients, and interdisciplinary teams in Germany and India
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in industrial engineering, engineering, business administration, project management, business informatics, or a comparable field
- At least in the third semester or with initial practical experience through internships or working student positions
- Interest in project management, management consulting, and industrial transformation projects
- Enthusiasm for technology, digitalization, and industrial value creation
- Initial experience working in a structured manner on projects is an advantage
- Strong organizational and structuring skills
- Ability to present complex information clearly and understandably
- Confident user of PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365
- Quick to learn new methods, processes, and tools
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- High standards of performance and strong initiative
- Reliable and structured working style
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn and openness to feedback
