About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop innovative, original, and brand-relevant design content for environmental graphics
- Collaborate with the Design team to develop presentation content
- Participate in project kickoffs, brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and collaborative meetings
- Present concepts and designs to internal teams, creative leadership, and clients
- Obtain brand identity materials, historical assets, and other client resources
- Coordinate with the Creative Director, Branded Environments team, Program Management, Project Architects, Interior Designers, and other project members
- Manage assigned graphic programs from concept through production
- Develop and maintain design review and presentation schedules
- Support client review and approval of assigned creative projects
- Collaborate with production resources, vendors, installers, construction teams, and field staff to execute design intent
- Support project storytelling and content for Business Development efforts
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- One to three years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related design role
- Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Fine Arts, or degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Continued development of Adobe Creative Suite expertise
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of graphic design principles, media, typography, branding, and current design trends
- Basic knowledge of production processes
- Experience working with third-party printers, vendors, and installers
- Ability to communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities
- Ability to meet established project deadlines
- Ability to travel occasionally, up to 20%
