About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure
- Develop and maintain user interfaces, business logic, backend services, and SQL Server stored procedures
- Design and implement scalable solutions using microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, supporting architectural decisions and engineering best practices
- Serve as a primary technical point of contact for Product Owners, Business Analysts, and external teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and continuous improvement activities
- Support Scrum Master responsibilities and coordinate development activities when required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality, application performance, reliability, and maintainability through engineering standards and unit testing
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, including production incidents and third-level support requests
- Support the development and operation of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Contribute to technical discussions involving application architecture, system integration, and distributed messaging
- Identify technical risks, resolve development blockers, and coordinate with other teams when additional expertise is required
- Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement in engineering practices and software delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in web application and services development within large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL, including business logic, backend services, and SQL Server stored procedures
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular, JavaScript, and HTML
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application development
- Strong experience designing and developing applications using microservices architecture
- Expert-level knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with unit testing and software engineering best practices
- Experience with Azure Cosmos DB or other NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of publish/subscribe patterns and asynchronous messaging
- Experience with Knockout.js and MVVM architecture
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and team coordination
- Experience providing technical guidance, mentoring developers, and leading software development teams
- Proven ability to independently investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Experience developing or maintaining large-scale enterprise systems with 500+ database tables (nice to have)
- Experience working with Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments (nice to have)
- Experience supporting complex enterprise applications in production environments (nice to have)
